AliDropship has a premium feature that all eCommerce stores should benefit from and that’s an abandoned cart recovery. It lets you generate an email that will be sent to your customer’s email address to inform them about the purchase that they have abandoned.
It’s a great sales recovery technique as many lost sales are due to abandoned carts left by customers.
You can generate as many templates as you want, even add media to the text editor so an image can appear in the email that was sent in the reminder.
You can also set a specific time that needs to pass after the cart is abandoned to avoid spamming your customers instantly.
